Pisco Sour

The pisco sour is Chile’s national cocktail: refreshing, tart, and perfect served ice-cold.

Ingredients (serves 12)

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients in a shaker with a few pieces of ice.
  2. Strain into glasses. Keep cold.

Variation: replace half of the lemon juice with lime juice and add a couple of drops of Angostura Bitters per portion.
